SEE A SUPERNOVA EVENT ON 2022. WHAT IS BETELGEUSE STAR?

 BETELGEUSE

We would have usually seen the stars when we are babies. But now our interest would change towards technology which makes us not see the sky to find any mysterious stars. Many patterns are seen in stars. You see the stump stars in the sky which resemble the wicket in cricket. Have you ever seen the north of stump star a bright star that looks like a small sun in a clear night sky?

Betelgeuse star is one of the brightest stars on the list. It has got 10th position in brightest star list. Do you have thought of a star having an explosion? Yes, humans have seen fewer supernovas on earth. RCW 86 is the oldest supernova seen by humans. It was found by a Chinese astronomer who a mysterious star staring at the sky for 8 months. During the times, it was difficult enough to explore the sky. This event is recorded that Romans have also seen this mysterious supernova. After researching this history, modern astronomers used their technology and found the traces of the death star and stated that it could have been due to a neighboring star that offloaded and emitted a huge amount of its matter onto the white dwarf.

Many other stars have also exploded and been recorded by humans. Chinese and Japanese records say that some supernova has also killed people. You might think " Past is past. Tell about the future."

Betelgeuse is a star that is bigger than the sun. If this star is kept at the center of the solar system it would be extending till Jupiter. Even records say that some supernova explosion resembled Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system. Every life on this earth has a life expectancy.

Like so the star will have its lifespan depending upon the mass. The huge the mass, the quicker it dies. The medium the mass, the more it lives. 'Quicker' here refers to at least 10million years. The 'more' here refers to 10 billion years. The huge stars are 40 times bigger than the sun. When these stars run out of fuel a supernova takes place.

Where does fuel generated in stars? Does space have a fuel station? Who sends fuel to the fuel station? Stars are usually made up of a large amount of hydrogen and helium. The pressure is more in the center where nuclear fusion takes place. The star starts shrinking when this nuclear fusion takes place and has a big explosion. These stars will become bright and dim every 425 days. This period varies with the type of star.

Betelgeuse was expected to have its supernova in 2020, as its light became dim and went 25th place in the list of the brightest star. After few days it retained its brightness. As it is 625 million light-years away from the earth we can see the explosion with our naked eye during the daytime too. If this star explodes from 50 million light-years away, this could cause damage to the earth.

Scientist's research says that we will be able to see this supernova history with the naked eye in 2022.

If have never seen this Betelgeuse star, see this star today night in the sky north side of stump stars. Share your view of the star in the comment box.
