Diseases are constantly affecting the world from the time the earth started with its life. We often read about many diseases in history and even about the way humans handled them. In that way, Covid-19 is formulating a long history. Many new diseases emerge during this period but the thing is that Covid-19 is invariably being the trending one. 

MYSTERY FEVER

Uttar Pradesh is a highly populated area compared to other states in India. It holds up to 166 million population and being the chief with the great variation from second and third. This state is currently being affected with a mystery fever and nearly 50 children have died. Private Lab started exploring the disease that is spread among children in UP. They finally concluded that the disease that is affecting children is Scrub Typhus. This Typhus is caused by Bacteria and insect acts as the transmitter here. To be more accurate Mite insect is the transmitter of this disease.

This is not a brand new disease, rather it has been before years ago. The length of this insect is 0.2 to 0.3 mm. Children affected are administrated with rashes, following that heavy fever and joint pains. Parents started taking their children to the hospital. Within 1 week of admission to the hospital, children are slowly dying. The village head and parents are begging at the feet of doctors to save their children. Then Government Labs tested this presence and confirmed it. The main reason for this disease is that this insect bites children when they work with their parents on the farm or in any scrubs or bushes or any wet area. Because this insect mainly lives where there is high humidity and wetness. When children play in these scrubs, the Mite carrying this disease affects children. It even bites adults but they are escaped from this disease. 

The way to prevent this disease is by:-

• trimming the bushes or scrubs near every house.
• Avoiding playing in Wetness-rich areas.

The necessary bed is not available in Government hospitals and even they aren't ready for this disease during this pandemic.
